Dellman terrace apartment is situated within a prime gated environment. The property consist of 6 units of 3 bedroom apartments. An extensive kitchen/dining area, separate lounge and three double bedrooms (ensuite to the master bedroom), with all utensils provided for your stay. There is also a balcony to the master bedroom which gives it the feel of a stand alone living space. Note: Image shown is for one of the apartments, available unit will be assigned to clients when booked.
I am Abraham, a British Expat doing business in Rwanda. Fell in love with this beautiful country when i first visited in 2020, currently i run a real estate construction business and a clay building materials factory in Rwanda. Dellman Terrace Rusororo is one of my developments in Rwanda. It's a beautiful place and i believe all clients staying at our properties in Rwanda will have a great time.
The house is set in a very quiet residential neighbourhood 10 minutes from the Kigali international airport and should you want to get some groceries done there are three supermarkets 5 minutes walk away. You have a view overlooking the lake when you stand on the balcony and you will be woken up by birds in the morning so no need for an alarm. It's a lovely environment for any body who appreciate the beauty of nature. There are local motor cycle taxis that can get you into the city and also our staff can ring you a cab in case you require one.
