- Luxe tranquil property located on the canal, private dock, 3 kayaks & 2 paddleboards - BBQ, fire pit, swimming pool, sun loungers, gated property, 4 parking spaces - Well-equipped modern kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, indoor & outdoor dining - Good WiFi, laptop-friendly workspaces, and Smart TV with cable - Close to the world famous Grace Bay and Grace Bay Beach! Included: Property Manager, on-site personal concierge, and a mid-week clean for stays of 7 nights or more. Extra cost (advance notice may be required): Private chef, villa pre-stocking, airport transfer, activities and excursions. Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
