And during your stay, he/she will be available to support you in any way you might require. Our concierges are enthusiastic young people with a true passion to share their local knowledge. Being a diver since my most tender age (!), I organise snorkelling and diving trips to the local islands every day, on our own private boats. Our crew are very attentive and friendly. Central Hill View Residence is a brand new, modern residence situated in the heart of Kathu. It offers guests the perfect balance of style and functionality. The 1BR Apartment is thoughtfully designed to make the most of the 48 sqm space. The living room with balcony features a comfortable seating area with a sofa and TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils. The bedroom with a large full wall window is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe. The apartment is light and airy and comes complete with a spacious bathroom featuring a shower. The residence also features a common crystal-clear swimming pool and ample parking space. Perfectly suited for couples, friends, and families seeking a well-rounded vacation experience that offers the ideal mix of shopping, relaxation, and adventure. Please note: - Upon check-in, we provide two coffee machine capsules, one bed set, two bath (red) and pool towels (blue), one set shower gel per room. - Room cleaning for an additional fee of 200 THB. Bed linen, towels change for 300 THB. - One key card per room is provided. Lost key card results in 500 THB fine. - Children aged 0-12 can share the existing bed with an adult for free. No extra bed available. - Studios are located on different floors with varying views from the windows. The room provided may differ from the location shown in the photo, and residence reserves the right to choose the room at its own discretion. - No private pool.

Central Hill View is situated in the heart of Kathu, a district in the central part of Phuket island, adjacent to Prince of Songkla University. The bustling area is known for its lush tropical landscapes, rolling hills, and cultural landmarks. The natural beauty of the surrounding area includes parks, country clubs, and golf courses. Three of Phuket's top golf courses, including the Loch Palm and Red Mountain Golf Clubs, and the Phuket Country Club, can be found here.
