Central Hill View Residence is a brand new, modern residence situated in the heart of Kathu. It offers guests the perfect balance of style and functionality. The 2BR Apartment is thoughtfully designed to make the most of the 53 sqm space. The living room with balcony features a comfortable seating area with a sofa and TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils. The first bedroom with corner full walls windows with mountain and city view is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and workspace. The second bedroom with large full wall window is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe. The apartment is light and airy and comes complete with a bathroom featuring a shower. The residence also features a common crystal-clear swimming pool and ample parking space. Perfectly suited for couples, friends, and families seeking a well-rounded vacation experience that offers the ideal mix of shopping, relaxation, and adventure. Please note: - Upon check-in, we provide 4 coffee machine capsules, one bed set, 4 bath (red) and pool towels (blue), one set shower gel per room. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. Smoking in the room and near the pool is not allowed. Allowed in a specially equipped smoking area. Smoking Cannabis is strictly forbidden (An amount of 5000 THB is applicable as a fine) One key card per room is provided. Lost key card results in 500 THB fine Children aged 0-12 can share the existing bed with an adult for free. No extra bed available. Studios are located on different floors with varying views from the windows. The room provided may differ from the location shown in the photo, and residence reserves the right to choose the room at its own discretion.

To enjoy the area, it can be nice to rent either a car or a scooter. We can help with these arrangements and your vehicle will be directly delivered to the residence. If you prefer not to drive, we can help you get a taxi at any time, it is not expensive at all. The apps GRAB and BOLT are also available in Phuket. Central Hill View is situated in the central part of Phuket, just a 37-minute drive from Phuket International Airport, providing easy access to other parts of the island. Within a 5-minute drive, guests can reach Central Festival, one of Phuket's biggest shopping centers with world-class brands.
