The modern studio also has its own bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy the common swimming pool and ample parking space. Situated just 5 min drive from Central Festival, the premier shopping mall with world-class brands, and 15 min drive from the world-famous Patong Beach. Discover nature parks, golf courses, and thrilling activities like Aquapark, Bungy Jump and ziplining. It is the ideal choice for couples and friends who want to experience the perfect blend of leisure, adventure, and shopping. Please note: - This studio overlooks the courtyard, the car park, and the neighboring building. - Upon check-in, we provide one bed set, two bath (red) and pool towels (blue),one sets of shower gel per room. - Room cleaning for an additional fee of 200 THB. Bed linen, towels change for 300 THB. - One key card per room is provided. Lost key card results in a 500 THB fine. - Studios are located on different floors with varying views from the windows. The room provided may differ from the location shown in the photo, and residence reserves the right to choose the room at its own discretion. No balcony in the room. - No private pool.
