The passengers are required to arrive at the pier 30 minutes prior to the scheduled speedboat departure.

Extra person policy

- Child age 0-1 stays free with an accompanied adult.

- Child age 2-11years old will be charged THB 450/person/night.

- Adult age 12 years old and over will be charged THB 2,500/person/night.

In case guest or extra person would like to join New Year's Eve Gala Dinner On 31 Dec 2024 is required to pay additional charge with resort team or directly book via Email : kohyaoyai@santhiya.com.”New Year's Eve Gala Dinner On 31 Dec 2024, there is additional charge as below;

- Child age 0-1 year stays free with an accompanied adult.

- Child age 2-11 years old will be charged THB 1,500++/person/night.

- Adult age 12 years old and over will be charged THB 3,000++/person/night.

For night on 31 December 2024 cannot CHECK OUT and must to stay Minimum night 2 nights over.

A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
