Materials include his grand ma's batik as well as primitivism art. At 55 sq.m, this flat is double the size of most condos. More privacy as a corner unit. A true mix of traditional and modern day Chiang Mai! My building is situated in a quiet area next to a 14th-century temple called "Suan Dok" temple. The temple itself is older than Chiang Mai city! Take a walk inside this temple is like you take a time-machine back to the good old days. But, once you reach the main street (Suthep Rd.), it's just a short walk away to trendy Nimman Road. This is filled with café, bars, live bands, various types of restaurant, as well as my favorite book shop! Chiang mai Univeristy and its students are also just across the main street in case you want good conversations with the locals. If you draw a triangle on a map between Old town, trendy Nimman Rd. and the Airport, my place is at the center of this triangle! - "Close to the hip with touch of the old community”
