Welcome to your bright luxury home in the heart of the city! We will do our best to make your stay with us comfortable and flawless. Airport transfer & general transfer & additional cleaning services & tennis/basketball/swimming/pt lessons can be provided during your stay for an additional cost. IMPORTANT: Due to the regulations of the country, all guests have to provide valid Passport IDs that will be reported to the authorities according to legislation 1774 of 26/06/73. By making the reservation, you agree to provide this information before check-in. Check-in instructions will not be given until you provide the documents.

Minutes away from the bosphorus, İstinye Park, Maslak, Acıbadem Maslak and the American Consulate, this 180m2 3BR/2BA newly furnished home has a 150m2 terrace that overseas the gorgeous condo pool and a 50m2 garden w/ a hammock and picnic table. The garden door opens to a yard leading to building amenities (large BBQ, playground, tennis, basketball, football, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and gym)! Tastefully and practically decorated, this home comes with very comfy beds, multiple kitchen tools and gadgets including a filter coffee machine, a Turkish coffee machine and multiple kitchen robots. Not only is this modern 3bd/2 bathroom very airy thanks to all of its windows, but it is also very roomy with multiple closets in all of its rooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed each and one bedroom has two single beds, both the L couch and the normal one can become beds, making this house a very flexible and spacious option for all your needs. In order to allow price flexibility for changing number of guests, either the entire apartment becomes available to you or one/two of the rooms remain locked and unused during your stay.

Very centrally located -- only a walking distance away from the sea and, one of the largest shopping malls in İstanbul, İstinye Park! The building offers free indoor and outdoor parking space. You can use the apps Bitaksi or Uber, or kindly ask the 24/7 concierge at the front desk to call a cab for you. You could also take a quick walk to the sea for some sea transportation options such as public boats or the IBB Deniz Taksi app. Buses also pass from the main street right in the corner of the building or you can take the subway after a short walk to İstinye Park.
