New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Set on 5 secluded acres of manicured grounds on Long Pond with 600 feet of frontage and  270 degree views of the Lake. Long Pond is Cape Cod's largest Lake with excellent fishing, swimming, and boating. Very well maintained home with a nostalgic old Cape Cod flavor but completely updated with desired modern amenities and decor. There is a living room with flat Screen TV, views in every direction, and multiple sliding glass doors! There is lots of comfy seating to sit back and relax. Feel free to use the dedicated desk, with monitor, for remote working and learning.  There's also a color printer! The dining room seats 6-8 comfortably. This home offers 2 first floor master bedrooms with private en suite baths. Upstairs you will find 2 guest bedrooms and a bath. The full basement is partially finished. Picture perfect waterfront deck overlooking the sandy beach and Long Pond.  Entrance is on left side of home.  Enter into a fully equipped and updated kitchen with dishwasher. Off the kitchen is an eating area with a view of the pond. On the right is a more formal dining area for a group of 8. Off the dining area hallway is a 1/2 bath. There is a small hallway that has Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed and en suite bath. This bath has double vanities and a walk in shower. On the left down another hall is Bedroom 2 that has views of the pond. It has a Queen bed and en suite bath. This bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. Upstairs are Bedrooms 3 and 4, each with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom between both bedrooms in the hall. The washer/dryer is in the basement. Outside are spacious deck areas, access to the pond, and a brand new outdoor shower. There is plenty of outdoor dining and a gas grill.  This home offers use of a canoe, 2 single kayaks.  (Guests use at own risk). Also enjoy a game of Ping Pong in the garage.
