- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment. - Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property. - No undeclared guests are allowed. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. - Do not leave the place excessively dirty. - Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave. - Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty.

In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

此住宿不接受群聚打牌、看運動賽事、單身派對等類似聚會。

須支付 US$300 損壞押金。 住宿方將會在您抵達前 天收取這筆款項。 您將透過信用卡支付費用。 您辦理退房後 14 天內將獲得退費。 住宿檢查確認後會透過信用卡將押金全額退還。
