This 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom home basically has two master bedrooms. 2 king beds, and a queen bed, huge open living room, and 75” Smart TV, you and your guests will have plenty of space to spread out and stay for a while. Completely remodeled with updated kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances, and stocked for long stays, your comfort is priority #1. I am rated a Superhost on other platforms . Coffee and tea station provided! Central, minutes from Airport, Speedway, and all beaches. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking.
I’m a Daytona Local, working in the unmanned aviation industry. An Embry-Riddle Graduate, former baseball player, and host for work related events I understand that the area is limited with hotels to stay at, and on event weeks, the hotels charge an arm and a leg per room. So I moved out, complete refurnished with new everything, and listed on Air BNB to allow people a flexible place to stay and call home for a variety of the attractions that bring people into town. I’m only 15 minutes away so I’m always available to help guests with anything that might come up during their stay. This is why I have been rated SUPERHOST status on other platforms .
Most of the neighbors have lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years, and are very friendly. Please respect their privacy and limit noise past 10pm. Tucked away the furthest from Nova Rd, it’s incredibly quiet.
