New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

As you enter through the front door into a entry way, you immediately feel the welcoming warmth from this home. The main stair case to the second floor greets you and you can't help but notice the attention to details as your explore your new home away from home! To the Right is Bedroom #1 with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub. This room has a flat screen TV and slimline A/C to keep you cool. To the left of the entry way is a large living room with cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and a ceiling fan. The large windows let in the natural light and offer a great view of the private yard with mature trees. The floor to ceiling fireplace is a unique feature in this living room. Newly renovated, this living room is the perfect place for the entire family to hang out and recap the day's events! The French slider brings you to the outdoor deck over looking the private back yard.  The new gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating is perfect for outdoor entertaining.  Newly enclosed outdoor shower is a Cape Cod tradition - rinse off after a day at the beach!  There's plenty of wood available for the fire pit for family fun after the sun sets on another wonderful Cape Cod day! Step down in to the open concept dining room/ kitchen with breakfast bar for 4 and Dining room table for 6.  This large u-shaped kitchen with marble counter tops and newly painted cabinets is spacious for all to participate in creating memorable family meals - the double oven and center cooking range offer lots of cooking space. This area has a mini split A/C unit as well to keep you cool. Continue through the kitchen and step up into the mudroom where you will find Bathroom #1, a half bath with washer and dryer, coat closet and entrance to the secret back staircase to the upstairs master suite - be the first one to the kitchen every morning, no one will know how you got there so fast!
