Bayberry Woods is a community of 52 townhomes within a short distance to the ocean and downtown Bethany Beach. A wooded setting just off Garfield Parkway gives easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, state parks, and other local attractions. This community offers an outside community pool, tennis, and a bike path. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, two-story townhouse is bright and nicely decorated. It offers an outside shower, an open and screened porch, assigned parking, and is located a short distance to the ocean and boardwalk in Bethany Beach. The first level offers an open porch, living, dining, and kitchen areas, a breakfast bar, a half bath, and a screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom and bath and two more bedrooms, plus a bathroom and laundry area. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Two (2) free parking spaces are provided at the property. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
