Perfect for guests looking for a moderately priced stay with high value. The kitchen has a smaller stove and fridge but is great for stays less than 30 days. Has a living room with TV, Cable, Netflix, and a pull-out sofa bed for an extra guest. Professionally managed. Private entrance. Has a washer and dryer in the unit. Full bathroom. Close proximity to Interstate-275 for Easy access to all major Tampa areas. There is only off-street parking but this has never been a problem since this is a residential neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street curbside. There are no restrictions to curbside parking in this neighborhood.
