You will be staying in an exclusive gated community property on 40 private acres. I will be sharing the Luxurious short-term lower garden level of my home that I live in the upper level which allows me to operate this working ranch to assure the health and safety of the livestock. The garden level you must book through this site. no certified checks The lower garden level is a three bedrooms, two queen and one king, one full bath, and laundry in the lower level of my home. Large 2400 sq. ft. open living/recreation area with large screen TV, Direct TV, internet, computer bar for using/charging laptop and phone, pool table, juke box, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, 70's diner table that seats 6 adults and a patio with BBQ to relax looking at the best view f Pike Peak in the county. The lower garden level has a private entry with abundant room for overflow wedding guests, bible college students attending events, a place for a family gathering, playing games or just relaxing. My property is centrally located for many family or adult activities in the county as well as World Class Fly Fishing. Woodland Park and Divide are only a short drive away mountain family friendly dining, entertainment and recreation. It is very common to see Elk wondering the ranch, horses grazing in the pasture and always a grand view of the Majestic Pike Peak. Known as America's mountain. June the Elk have their babies and Sept. the fall aspen colors are when the elk are bugling these are great times to stay in the quiet of nature. It is recommended the renter take out travelers damage insurance to waive the damage deposit. a damage walk around prior to checkout is recommended to avoid additional credit card charges after departure. Renter must respect my privacy as well as the privacy of my neighbors property. No exceptions. Trespassing on neighboring properties is not tolerated with the strong possibility of arrest will be made. Be smart. Be respectful. These are our homes.
My property is wonderful place in nature. Quiet, new, private and spacious. I will expect my guests to respect my property as well as my neighbors privacy no exception will be tolerated. Should you cross onto neighboring private property you could be subject to trespass arrest. I live and operate my business in the upper level of my home. This allows me to provide safety and security for the livestock. I enjoy sharing my home with guests and often times I am asked to sit and visit. I enjoy meeting people and sharing my property and community at my renter request. I also want my renters to know that I take the health and safety very seriously and will be asking health questions at check in. If you have a problem with me asking if you or any of your party or your family have been tested positive or that I ask if you recently attended any large gathering or are going to attend a large gathering during your stay. I will want to know these things prior to your reservation confirmation. Please respect my view for my health and well being. Should you have any issue with these question you may want to choose another location to rent. The cleaning staff work very hard to present a clean, safe and healthy environment for you to stay. The special thing about this property is that I don't rent it out but a couple times a month.
You are entering a very private gated community to get to my working ranch property. Please drive slowly, quietly to not raise any attention or dust to your arrival or departure from my property. The general area outdoor activities include Pike Peak tours, hiking, horseback riding, State and National Parks, and historic gaming and gold-mine community of Cripple Creek. Royal Gorge and whitewater rafting just a short drive away. Abundant wildlife are often seen on the property, Baby elk born in June and Elk Bugling in Sept. and a great location to enjoy the changing of the Aspens, 90 miles from ski area, close to Colorado Springs and Air Force Academy. Owner lives and operated his business in the upper level. It is very likely that the owner is on site 100% of time of your stay.
