You'll be close to vibrant downtown Ventura's nightlife and the historic Ventura Pier while within walking distance of restaurants. This vast single-story home has a luxurious interior with beautiful tile floors and tall ceilings that lend an airy feel. The bright open-concept great room has exposed beams and wall-to-wall windows. There's room for everyone to gather on a sectional and comfy armchair, and there's a 52' Apple TV with free cable and streaming channels. A striking gas fireplace sits between two sliding doors to the wraparound deck. The Ventura Marina and Harbor offers opportunities for whale watching tours or charters to the Channel Islands. Walk less than a half-mile to Seaward Ave's eateries, including many with outdoor dining. Or, drive about two miles to downtown Ventura to find an artistic culture, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and the lauded Rubicon Theatre. End your day with a fantastic sunset on one of California's infamous beaches. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Streaming services are provided. Beach toys, two boogie boards, three beach chairs, an umbrella, and a shade canopy are available for guest use. The City of Ventura requires a minimum seven-night stay for all vacations from the second Friday in June until the last Friday in August.
