Ideally located in the heart of downtown Annapolis's Historic & Art Districts. Detached home with historic charm & an inviting front porch, 1 car parking included. Open floor plan to include a living room (with queen sleeper sofa), workspace, 1/2 bath & eat in kitchen on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Enclosed rear yard provides an opportunity to create a lovely quiet space out our back door. A perfect location for C-Week, Boat Shows & other festivals in Historic Annapolis. There is a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 21 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID. Although you have access to the entire house, there is one owner closet located in the living room that not accessible. We only supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels). There are 2 cameras. There is 1 door bell camera located outside the front door & 1 camera monitoring the backyard. Video w/ Audio Recording is triggered by activity. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days. Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy. The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed, Reservation Canceled, no refund provided

Kelly and Thomas both have a passion and background in hospitality. They were drawn to Annapolis’s coastal charm. We couldn't be anymore centrally located in Downtown Annapolis. The detached house is located off the Church Circle, in the historic district of downtown Annapolis on a quiet residential street that is easily within walking distance of everything. It's situated a few blocks away from Main Street, West Street and the United States Naval Academy. You can be in any of those locations within only few minutes walk. We are located right off Church Circle on South St in the Heart of Downtown Annapolis. Search our name, A's by the Cove in your preferred Navigation App and it will show you our property.
