There's an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a boat launch and marina, a playground, and a clubhouse with Ping-Pong, foosball, and pool tables. (Please note that boat slips are not available to guests; you must remove your boat at day's end and park it in the driveway.) When you're ready to get out and explore, Lake Chelan (15 miles) and a wide variety of great wineries are close by. Inside the house, you'll marvel at how the sunlight streams in through skylights and walls of windows.
