Excellent public transportation in the area with tons of restaurants close by. It's walking distance to different places for you to enjoy!! You will love this location!! The Fort Lauderdale airport and the cruise ship terminal are immediately north, making access so easy. Shopping Mall Dania Pointe is 4 minutes away with restaurants, movies, shopping and much more and Oakwood Plaza is 5 minutes away, I-95 is just right there making it very easy to go to Miami (South) or Fort Lauderdale (North), the beach is just 7 minutes away from the property and there's a few Laundromats in the area
