Private bedroom in a newly-renovated 99-year-old historic rowhouse. Tucked away but 3 min walk to the bus, 7 min walk to the metro, and 10 min walk to the grocery store. Plenty of cafes and bars within walking distance, and a rec center with an open-air basketball court and soccer field around the corner. You’re close to Howard University, MedStar Center, and Catholic University.
Hey, I'm Eric. I've enjoyed returning to DC and hosting again after a decade overseas. I've hosted guests from 50+ countries. What have I learned? Snoring is an international phenomenon. No doubt, the monuments and Smithsonian museums are great. But I get the most joy from showing a more curated version of my city. I'm always happy to help you plan a great visit or give you space to have a more introverted experience.
The rowhouse is in the Park View/Petworth neighborhood, which has some nice local cafes, breakfast spots, dive bars, and restaurants.
