Property is located a 10 minute walk from the strip and directly across from Caeser's Forum Arena. The F1 race in Nov. will pass on Koval directly past the property. The property has a restaurant (GREAT food and service!), bar, 24 hour security and is gated. Quiet time begins at 10pm. Staff are super-friendly and accommodating. There is an activity room on sight for family fun and the resort hosts different activities each day of the week. This villa is part of Holiday Inn Vacation's exclusive Signature Collection. Signature Collection offers more amenities such as a Coffee,/espresso/cappuccino maker, full size bags of coffee, wine cooler, bottled water, auto electric curtains/shades, grocery delivery, VIP Lounge access and is one of the resorts' limited top-notch villas housed in building; 5 right next to the main resort building. You can call the resort prior to check in (the sooner the better) and request a particular floor. However, be advised that the requested floor is not guaranteed. There are 3 floors and no elevator. You may also request a late check out the day before departure. ***Please be advised that this is a a family friendly resort and loud parties are NOT allowed or tolerated. Refundable deposit (less any damage/room charges) required from guest upon check in.
