With three levels of living space, there's plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out. Take in the views and the fresh alpine air from either of the two balconies. The living room has a wood-burning stove, and the backyard has an outdoor firepit. Located at the top of Hyak Estates near the base of Hyak Sno-Park, there are trails leading to Nordic skiing and a sledding hill. For downhill skiing, the Rampart Ski Lift on Summit East is a short walk away. Silver Fir and Summit Central are less than a mile away, and Alpental is just under five miles away.
