Our neighborhood in Van Nuys is very quite, nice and clean. Most of the neighbors have lived here for a long time and are very nice as well. The area is close to many attractions like, Universal Studios, Universal City Walk, Hollywood Blvd, LA, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Burbank Studios and many more. The Japanese Gardens, Lake Balboa with its Park and the kids playground area are also close by. It's close to the 405 and 170 FWY's so it makes it easy to commute in all directions. We also have many different authentic restaurants near by which makes it very easy for all the cravings that you might have; Mexican, American, Armenian, Chinese, Korean and even Argentinean.
