This is a home that exudes warmth and comfort, whether you're dining on the deck in the fresh mountain air or curled up by the fireplace as the snow gently falls outside. This two-story home boasts an enviable location, right around the corner from the network of trails winding throughout Tahoe Vista and North Tahoe Regional Park. Within a half-mile stroll, you'll find Moon Dune Beach, the North Tahoe Marina, and an array of shops, restaurants, boat rentals, and other services. Just beyond are Old Brockway Golf Course (three-quarters of a mile), Kings Beach (one mile), and the slopes of Northstar California Resort (seven miles). Summer days here are for relaxing in generous outdoor spaces and basking in the pine-scented breeze. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the surrounding neighborhood, and retreat to two expansive decks in the afternoons to barbecue and dine alfresco. The spacious interior has all the charm of a classic log cabin, with vaulted ceilings and large windows creating an open, inviting atmosphere. There are gorgeous elements of the outdoors throughout, from the stone adorning the fireplace and breakfast bar to the natural log beams in the railings and doorframes. Enjoy a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (including double ovens and a gas range), smart TVs in both the great room and the den downstairs, and a private laundry room for your convenience. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom, jetted tub, and access to the back deck. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
