    “The location is great! You can walk everywhere. The sledding hill is RIGHT across the street, which my kids loved. They also have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, which is kind of fun in the middle of winter. Definately would recommend this place!”

This vacation home has one of the best locations available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Trailhead Lodge Resort neighborhood with a private club house including a game room, theatre area, entertainment kitchen, gym, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and a gas firepit area . Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area across the street. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE on call resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The Rec Center is just down the street as well with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.
