Co-owners of PMI Palmetto, Nathan and Sharon Chapman, we began our real estate investing career in 1996 with a single, residential property. We entered into it with mixed emotions and quickly learned that this was something we wanted to pursue. We purchased several more properties over the next few years (including one new build condo in Myrtle Beach) and decided we should acquire our real estate sales licenses so we could further enjoy the commissions that come with each purchase. In the early years, we performed much of the maintenance and learned what was needed to properly protect the assets. We enjoyed helping friends and family with real estate transactions and even helped others interested in real estate investing understand the process and shared our knowledge that might help them with their future ventures. Positioned perfectly, this retreat serves as a gateway to explore natural wonders, fishing spots, and exciting boating adventures. • Please be aware that the dock has a fixed pier with a seating area but does not include a floating dock. However, boats can be securely tied to the seating area. The driveway is available for parking. For trailer parking, please contact us. • Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects. • Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. Please go into bigger water if you want to boat, tube, or jet ski. Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed. • Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well informed of our property rental terms and conditions. • Property damage protection is included to cover any damages to the premises during your rental period, subject to exclusions and limitations. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered by the policy and for costs exceeding the insurance limit. For stays longer than 30 days, please reach out to us with your inquiry, and we will coordinate with the property owner to confirm availability. Kindly note that an additional fee may be applied for stays of 30 days or more to cover damage protection.
