Unit door with lockbox. We will send codes and check in informations before 3 PM of your check in date. -With mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, electric heater, microwave, office table, swivel chair, full bed -SHARED 2 full size kitchen -FREE washer and dryer in building -Fast and reliable WIFI -STREET PARKING ONLY or you can rent to the nearest pay parking ex. Diamond Parking (2 mins drive and 10 mins walk). NO PARKING IN THE BUILDING -10 minutes walk and 2 minutes drive to University of Washington -Walking distance to many commercial shops -Excellent transit options available. All walking distance -STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED -NO SMOKING inside the unit -Possible noise during spring and summer season from the neighborhood -You can check in late or even the next day
