Welcome to this lovely 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with stunning ocean views. Get ready to feel at home in a nice clean comfortable building with many things to offer. It is located in the heart of Downtown, walking distance from Brickell City Center, American Airlines Arena, Miami-Dade College. Perfect for a couple or family. The Club is located only 4 miles from the Port of Miami, 7.5 miles from the Miami International Airport, and 28 miles from the Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The bay and city views are simply breathtaking. It is a tropical oasis of waterfront elegance. There is also an air mattress available if needed in the living room. The master bedroom features stunning panoramic water views. The bathroom has a tb, modern large shower and a large walk in closet. You will feel at home and remain in tranquility with the stunning views. The building has a great location. Guests will have access to all the amenities on the property: Building comes with Lounge area Gym Pool by reservation on 14th floor Hot Tub and much more Located in the heart of downtown. You will be walking distance from everything you need Whole Foods Zuma Novikov Bayside American Airlines Arena Brickell City Center Club 50 Cantina la Vente and much more Metromover is around the corner from the building .
