Close enough to the entertaining town of Pacific Beach, but far enough away to avoid nighttime crowds. 5 min walk to the gorgeous Mission Bay with a bike/walking trail and fire pits in the sand for nighttime bonfires. This home is on the top level in a small complex with it's own private balcony, along with a shared patio that has a grill, table, and chairs for entertaining. Guests will have complete privacy while staying in our home, but your host Nicole Rondum will be available at all times if you need anything.

Amazing location walking distance to the bay, and a short bike ride or drive to most beaches. Free parking in the driveway and also on the street. If parking on the street please make sure to look out for street sweeping signs so you don’t get a ticket. We have a separate bike rental company if you would like to rent the bikes that are in the complex for your stay. Bike cruisers are a fun way to get around the area as most things are extremely close by. We offer amazing prices so please reach out to your host if interested!
