Welcome to our stylishly remodeled house in charming city of San Bruno. You can choose to book either the whole apartment 3BR 2Bath OR the whole apartment but 2BR only and 2Bath. The house has full kitchen you can use for your stay with your family or loved ones. We have 1 parking spot available for USD10 per night. This is a newly remodeled apartment unit. A comfy and cozy place to stay. Our location is close to the Airport, Caltrain is just next block away, Bus stations, downtown San Bruno, Costco & Tanforan mall. We will offer coffee/tea during your stay. We don't provide top sheets since our comforter cover is removable, and we changed every time after a guest/s checks out. 5 mins to airport 3 mins to cal train 6 mins to oracle corporate 7 mins to YouTube headquarter 20 mins to bart Walking distance to san bruno downtown, 10-15 mins walking distance to cal train, closed to airport. We don't allow smoking, parties or events in our apartment. We hope you can respect our rules and treat our apartment as your own home. We also accept Long Term bookings more than 28 days stay. We would just require a background check process through a secure website online with a small fee c/o by guest. We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional small utility fee of USD15O per month for long term stays. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of USD15O per month maximum one pet only.
