It is also important to note that nature sounds are abundant as the property is in an agricultural district of Hawaii. We have koki frogs at night that sing, especially after or during a rain.

Ohi'a Kona Estates is located on three acres of gently sloped hills spotted with a wide variety of exotic plants and trees. We have over an acre of lawn perfect for exercising, meditation, or just going for a stroll. The property is gated, providing ample privacy from neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and boasts a great climate yet accessible to the beach just 10-15 minutes away. However, it is in a neighborhood above Kona and so noise levels and traffic must be respected.
