We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. Property information

Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. Effective May 17, 2024, through June 2, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. Papakea A203 has a window A/C unit in the living area, is a Studio condo that can accommodate up to 3 guests. Watch turtles and whales from your private lanai! Take in the spectacular sunsets and then let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep from this direct oceanfront condo. Located on the second floor of Building A, you will have easy elevator access, and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Building is located at the north end of the resort, offering great privacy. Enjoy cooking at home in the fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen. The condo has ceiling fans, wonderful ocean breezes, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. This studio is tastefully decorated with a Hawaiian theme and features a traditional Queen bed and a Twin sleeper sofa. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.

Neighbourhood information

There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Please note: Papakea charges a 17 dollar/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable, and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are 5 dollars a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
