Enjoy a sweeping coastal view with this condo located in the Seascape Beach Resort with the convenience of a short walk to the soft sandy beach where you can enjoy watching the gentle waves or build sandcastles. Do not like sand? Relax at any of three heated sparkling pools, then retire back to your room to unwind on your balcony while enjoying the stunning California sunset. You will find this well appointed, ground level, luxury one bedroom condo to be perfect for your vacation.

AT RESORT: The pool and spa that is closest to this condo perfect for relaxing and there is 2 more not far away. The Sanderlings Restaurant and Bar is just steps away from the condo, in the same building and is a great place to visit for lunch, dinner, or drinks with amazing food and spectacular views. There is a path that spans throughout the resort, but most conveniently, it makes for a short walk down to the perfect beach with clean and soft sand. NEAR RESORT: Across the street you will find Seascape Village that has a great coffee shop and deli, pizza place, Mexican food restaurant, small quaint market, liquor store, fitness training center, and a few other unique shops. There is also a nearby golf course and exercise gym that accept outside guests for a cost.
