The 668 sq ft 1st-floor apartment has a full eat-in kitchen with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, and microwave. There is free on street parking. Our apartment home is ideal for long term stays and travel professionals. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a duplex. Our house was built a long time ago, but we will ensure you are comfortable, safe, and relaxed in this beautifully decorated home. Please be courteous and mindful of noise; parties are NOT okay. The front door main entrance has a smart lock for your ease of access. Yes, we have a washer and dryer, but please note that they are located in a separate (SHARED) section of the basement. There is an active and recording ring doorbell located at the main entrance for your protection and safety. Note that the driveway is a shared space with resident on 2nd FL and neighbor. Guest should not park there if there is a black car in driveway. The apartment has towels, wash rag, bedding, hand soap, full size iron board, clothing iron, hair dryer, and bath tissue. You will need to bring personal items such as toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. There is a microwave, coffee machine, and toaster oven as well. Please note that cooking items and seasonings are not included. The WIFI download speed is 400 MBPS for your streaming and video conference needs. We are real people and only do business with real people. Our home is also within walking distance of Highland Park, the local train station, Upper Darby Police Station, and right off West Chester Pike. The community has a diverse range of restaurant cuisines including Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Liberian, Indian, Italian, Korean, Mexican, and Colombian. The community is also known for its Irish pubs, and the Llanerch Diner was the setting for a pivotal scene in the film Silver Linings Playbook.
