SPB is tucked away off the main roads in a low-density (27 units) secluded community that’s situated mid-island on beautiful Sanibel Island, near all the bike/walking paths and local restaurants! You’ll be sure to feel relaxed on the private beach with one of the largest sandy areas along Sanibel’s shoreline. However, just a short drive up the road you will find shopping, restaurants, and the J. N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge where you can kayak and explore the natural wonders of southwest Florida. CONDO FEATURES Sandpiper Beach 205 is a beautifully decorated condo with owners who take great pride in their vacation home. Brand new appliances, furniture, artwork and decor were carefully picked out to ensure all guests feel they're at an Island oasis. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, king bed, smart TV and a slider that goes out to the private lanai. The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa but it is not recommended for adults. The sleeper sofa should only be used for 1-2 small children. The guest room features two twin beds and a smart TV, with a full bathroom in the hallway. Sandpiper Beach is fully operatable, and all amenities are open, but there is still landscaping work that needs to be done.
