Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Boston. It is very near hospitals, perfect for travel nurses and young professionals. The apartment is a garden unit and has a private entrance down a few steps just to the right of the main building entrance. Hardwood floors, renovated tiled kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, modern tiled baths, private outdoor patio, huge sunny living room and dining area, master bedroom with alcove! Free on-street parking. Some things to note: * The apt is located in a neighborhood with a mix of industrial and residential properties. The streets can get busy at times. * Area above kitchen is slightly receptive to noise from overhead unit. For everyone's safety, this unit has a built-in noise and smoke monitoring system that sends us an email notification if any loud noise or smoking is detected. A building fine of 1000 USD per incident will be passed on to guests once detected.
