The lot is within a dead-end street in a very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are spread out and friendly. Across the street you will be able to see some horses in our neighbor’s property walking or sunbathing. You will be able to see some chickens we own and if you are lucky enough, you may see some deer, fox, birds of all sorts, or even a raccoon in the neighborhood. Since we are located on a dead-end street, you can expect light traffic. The proximity to the Pierce Riffle County Park makes this location a perfect place for jogging and cycling. You can take a bike ride within the neighborhood on our 4 person Surrey bike. First come first serve. You and your guest will need to sign a disclaimer. You will enjoy bird sightings and nature views.
