Enjoy this bright two-bedroom space recently updated and furnished with modern, stylish decor and everything needed for your stay. This first floor unit has keyless entry, and guests may enjoy the shared fenced lawn and patio w/ grill, fire pit and dining area. A great place for pets, string lights turn on automatically each evening, creating a city oasis. We're minutes from downtown, the SOBO district, Cherry Street, the Gathering Place, Brookside and more!
This first floor unit with keyless entry is easily accessible, although there are stairs into the front of the building. When you walk into the building, the unit is on the right. You'll enter into an open living and dining area. A hallway off the dining room leads to the bathroom, one of two bedrooms and the kitchen. The second bedroom is to the right off the kitchen. A back door leads down to the fenced grass lawn and patio area, which is shared by guests and tenants.
Guests may park in the lot to the north of the building (on left when facing front of building). You'll have access to the entire unit, back stairwell and fenced yard/patio.

We love this place because all Tulsa’s greatest features are just a mile or 2 away in every direction. It’s the perfect location if you are visiting town for business or pleasure, while keeping a nice quiet and safe place to rest.
SOBO district is an eclectic mix right outside of the IDL (downtown) situated in-between all the other popular places in Tulsa! Some of the best food in Tulsa is right around the corner! Walk one block to the best Italian restaurant in Tulsa at 18th and Boston. Short drive to Gathering Place, Cherry Street, Brookside, Downtown, BOK center, and Brady/Deco/Blue Dome/Pearl Districts.
We're minutes away from all arterial highways. There are usually LIME scooters right outside the front door or nearby and Uber/Lyft knows the building well. Tulsa Transit, the city's bus system, also is an affordable and convenient option.
