The property boasts 200 feet of waterfront on Lake Winnipesaukee located on Long Island in Moultonborough, NH. The spacious property consists of a Carriage house (sleeps 8) and an adjacent Cottage (sleeps 4) and will accommodate up to 12 people between the two dwellings. The two buildings can be rented separately or together. The Carriage House has filtered water views from every room and a large patio with a barbeque grill & Adirondack chairs. Guests can also enjoy a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a three-season porch, a laundry room, and a loft that offers additional sleeping and TV space. Central heating and cooling will keep everyone comfortable year-round. The Cottage boasts a full waterfront view, a deck with a barbeque grill & Adirondack chairs, and includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, mini convection oven, and a two-burner hot plate.
