This unit is located in the wonderful Sailport Waterfront Resort. Get ready for breathtaking Bay views directly from your private balcony! Sailport resort has a beautiful private pool overlooking Tampa Bay. Play volleyball with your family, watch the sunset from a fire pit, or get a beer at the on-site bar! The location is incredible off of Rocky Island pt island, minutes from the TPA airport and downtown Tampa, or shoot across to Clearwater beach via I-60. This is an incredibly high-value unit. This privately owned suite has been fully renovated with some of the best views to the bay that Tampa has to offer, It has a fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, stove, silverware, microwave, etc). The resort has all the amenities you would like to have an amazing stay, some of those are: Fire pit Heated pool Volleyball court Tiki Huts Fishing dock Outdoor exercise equipment 24/7 security Large sun deck Bar and grill with Live music Gift Shop ATM Machine BBQ Grills Dry cleaning service Laundry Lounge/Bar Business center This is the extremely rare case in which the HOA allows for Airbnbs; you will actually be registered with them so they are aware of your presence. They also give you free parking passes for your stay. There is a security guard at the front, you simply tell him who you are and your unit number. The door to the unit has an electronic code for entry. We will supply you with all of this information. The suite has a great location and is nearby to most beautiful attractions in Tampa.
