Located one block off of Palafox in the heart of downtown Pensacola, this carriage house apartment is the perfect spot for your next business trip or romantic weekend in the area. Everything downtown has to offer is just a short stroll away! The carriage house is completely separate from the main house and has off street parking available. The studio style apartment features a comfortable queen bed, separate living area space, large smart TV, beautiful full bathroom with walk in shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to get your start and end your day. There is even a stack washer and dryer. The brand new home was built in 2021. Do not delay. Reserve your dates today!
