Welcome to Miami. As a guest, you’ll be in the comfort of a safe residential community. Access to free parking (A big deal in Miami), a clean and modern home, WIFI, central air, a large room and each with a work desk. I offer a warm and friendly environment and always willing to share the best locations in Miami that I believe you’d enjoy, so please feel free to ask. I host families and guests from all over the world, many coming to the US for the first time and most of my guests are from South and Central America, Europe and Eastern Europe. I am a family oriented person and welcome travelers with the same commonality. The best part about the location is that it is centered, allowing access to all of the featured attractions that you’re likely here to visit. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, The Miami Design District, Wynwood Walls Art District, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, Little Havana, South Beach, Perez Art Museum, Miami Heat Arena, and the Adrian Arsht Center. A day trip to the Everglades and Key West are all options available. We are also 20 minutes from both airports (Miami International & Ft. Lauderdale). WHO ARE MY GUESTS: They are ususally couples, or a family traveling together that has rented one or more rooms. Many of you are going on a cruise leaving from the port of Miami. You’ve extended your stay by arriving early to enjoy the many sites that Miami and the surrounding area has to offer. You are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or on holiday to escape the winter weather in your country. In the end, you are kind, curious, and respectful which is the same that you can expect in exchange from me. It’s my hope to provide a memorable experience with me. I live on the property and have a cat- she has her own space and is kept separately from the guests. *PLEASE NOTE: YOUR TOTAL CHARGE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CLEANING FEE OF THIRTY US DOLLARS THAT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ROOM COST AND CITY TAXES. I’m always asked why I enjoy hosting, and the answer is straightforward: we are all connected, and as such, we seek out those connections. The joy comes from each conversation as we both realize how more similar we are than how we are not. In discovering those connections, we learn about ourselves with the benefit of learing about each other. This understanding then drives us to be more compassionate and exhibit empathy while practicing kindness towards one another. In the end, what comes from the heart reaches the heart of many.
