Property information

University Retreat is well located, just blocks from the U of U campus, and about a mile from downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square and Museums, in the coveted Avenues of Salt Lake City with charming Victorian houses. Close to downtown and public transportation yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is a perfect place to stay for a University visit, graduation, medical treatment, downtown wedding, ski trip, convention center, general conference, genealogy, business meetings, etc.

Neighbourhood information

University Retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood in the highly desirable Avenues, surrounded by lovely, historic Victorian homes. It is close to the University of Utah and downtown Salt Lake City. The location is awesome, you are in a cool neighborhood right by the university campus that is also a very nice walk away from downtown and several good grocery stores. You can also get to some good trailheads on foot for hiking/mountain biking from the apartment. Public transportation just s couple blocks away. We have a small parking lot behind the four plex. Free street parking is also available. Order an Uber or Lyft or walk up the block to the bus stop. If you love to walk, you can walk to the University of Utah campus. TRANSPORTATION • UTA – Bus, Trax – Bus stop one blocks away • UBER • LYFT • Yellow Cab • Ute Cab • Salt Lake Transport • Scooters for rent throughout downtown
