University Stay is conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Utah and is close to downtown Salt Lake. Set in the prestigious and historic Avenues in a quiet neighbor, it is ideal for those visiting the U of U or its medical center, attending a convention at the Salt Palace, visiting the Salt Lake area, or even coming to ski. You'll enjoy the bright decor of this one bedroom, one bath unit with laundry room, small kitchen and eating area & comfortable living room.

University Stay is located in the prestigious Avenues of Salt Lake City. It is known for the brightly painted historic Victorian homes, just a couple blocks from the large mansion houses near the University. It is a quiet neighborhood where people walk their dogs and sit on their porches to relax. Yet it is just a 2-3 miles from downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, the Vivint Smart Home Arena, Abravanel Hall, City Creek Shopping Center and Trolley Square. It is a great location! Picking up some groceries is easy with Smith's grocery store about a mile away and Trader Joe's within a couple miles. The bus stop is a conveniently half block away, and usually passes to go downtown every 30 minutes or so. We have a small parking lot behind the fourplex. Free street parking is also available. Order an Uber or Lyft or walk up the block to the bus stop. If you love to walk, you can walk to the University of Utah campus.
