Step into this private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom ocean view suite on 16th floor of Patricia Grand Resort. This condo is perfect for not only families but also group of friends or business travelers who can enjoy the beach and take advantage of our excellent location. It has all of the amenities to enjoy your stay. There is Fitness Center, Internet Access, Cable TV, Large Oceanfront Pool, Kiddie Pool, Lazy River, Whirlpool. What more can you ask for? This private one-bedroom suite on the 16th floor of Patricia Grand Resort. may sleep up to four people. It has granite countertops in the kitchen, a private master bedroom with a city-view balcony, and a window overlooking the beach. From that bedroom, you can see the ocean as well as the sunset. The second wide balcony has a fantastic angled seaside view. we have a full-size Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional guests. Is it possible to get any better than that? So don't put it off any longer and book this location for your next vacation! Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up to 40 lbs. dog fee 25 dollars per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions). No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip.
