Highlights include a private fifth-floor balcony and views of the Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. Stroll to a plethora of shops and restaurants in the downtown historic district, or travel just 10 miles to spend the day at Wrightsville Beach. Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) LIVING AREA Relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and armchair. Watch a new movie on the 48 cable TV. KITCHEN & DINING Start the day off right by preparing breakfast in the sparkling kitchen. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the breakfast bar, outfitted with seating for three. BED & BATH This one-story condo sleeps four guests over one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen bed and 32 cable TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
