Enjoy a front-row seat to Old Town Ocean City at this one-bedroom condo located on the bayside. Not only will you be able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and an assortment of dining and shopping, you'll be greeted back at home in the afternoons by a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and air conditioning for your comfort. On the bayside grounds of White Marlin, you'll have access to an outdoor pool at the water's edge. The beach, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, the fishing pier, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all just two blocks east, with a number of great restaurants, eateries, shops, bars, and sources of entertainment nearby as well. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Due to construction for resurfacing and coating, the balcony will be closed off until Memorial Day 2023. Construction will resume following Labor Day 2023 and will conclude in full on Memorial Day 2024. Parking is free during periods of construction but will be enforced when no construction is occurring. Smoking is prohibited.
