This will take you the short 3/10 mile to the base of Peak 8 or 1 mile to Main Street. It’s the perfect, peaceful refuge for accessing Peak 8 and planning your assault on the ski mountain or to spend your days cross country skiing or snowshoeing from the Breckenridge Nordic Center. In the summer this location is perfect for anyone attending a wedding at the Breckenridge Nordic Center, wanting to bike/hike the Peak’s Trail, view wildlife in Cucumber Gulch, or have easy access to the summer activities on Peak 8. This is a 3 bedroom / 2 1/2 bath, 1754 sq. ft. house located on a quiet street.
