Right at the foot of Lake Granby, this private home is a wonderful place to GET AWAY! Tons of wildlife, away from the highway and busy life. Home is updated & well cared for, not a beat up rental. Amazing views and a fully stocked kitchen! Pets will be considered, bring your whole crew. Snowmobile & ice-fisher friendly!
Mother of two kids and two dogs, I love to cook, garden, and play in the sun! This cabin wouldn't be possible without the loving support of my husband. Thank you dear! I'm happy to help answer questions through calls, text, or email during your stay. I live 2 hours away in Denver.
Sunnyshore is a hidden treasure! To get there, you cross the dam at Arapahoe Bay - breathtaking! There are only 16 homes in this development on the south shores of Lake Granby. Only a few of the homes are open through the winter making this a private winter wonderland. The house has two narrow gravel driveways. 4WD is needed in the winter and we recommend carpooling with your group. GPS takes you right to the house, it's the one with the green metal roof.
