Well, you get your own spotlessly clean private room with private shower and toilet room in the Centre of town. There you can walk to any of Ho Chi Minh city's attraction without spending both time and money traveling into the center of town. Additional, you can chill for free at our roof top or sitting room and you can even impress us with your own master chef skills in our common kitchen. Our larger rooms have wide windows and plenty of natural lighting. Our smaller windowless hideaways are equipped with fan vent that, once switched on, give you the necessary fresh air circulation with the advantage of the rooms being exceptional quiet since it is well hidden away from the front or back alleys. Choosing this place you are choosing the best value oasis in the middle of the most exciting and buzzing city of this decade.

Property information

Your home from home resting place in the midst of Ho Chi Minh City metropolis. Our rooms are very simply and tastefully decorated. We demanded that all our rooms are spotlessly clean. So you will enjoy a homely stay with clean room, clean bathroom, and clean beds, sheets and towels. All our rooms are almost brand new. Some rooms may be a bit small but very neat and completely functional. Each room is provided with a mini-bar fridge and facilites to make simple tea and coffee free of charge. All rooms are provided with cable TVS with both local and international channels. Each room is equipped with its own private shower, toilet room within your private room. We have a shared kitchen and sitting room both are spacious and can be used by any staying guests. We are centrally located so you are only a few steps away from plenty of both local and international cuisine. Both Tao Dan park and 23/9 park is within a few minutes walk so you are accessible to Bui Vien Walking Street as well as Ben Thanh market on foot. There are many other attractions surrounding our location that you can spend a few days exploring without running out of things to do.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the Centre of the city and in a wide alley that is car accessible. On our alley, which is about 200m long, there are many shops. There are three or four eateries, two trendy cafe shops and a couple of spas to name but a few. A stroll down the alley to the main road and walking down either side you will find endless local attractions. Within 15mins radius you will find all the main attractions of HCMC. Walking westward you will find Tao Dan Park, Ben Thanh markets and the night food market. Diverting your steps south you will find 23/9 park with its underground shopping and eating offerings. The 23/9 park is flanked by Le Lai street and Pham Ngu Lao Street and either street offer many eateries, bars and other attractions. Crossing the park and beyond Pham Ngu Lao street you will find Bui Vien walking street and that is Ho Chi Minh City international hub of activities and other cultural offerings. After an exciting night out you can actually stroll across the park and come home to your clean comfy bed and rest at your home from home to get ready for the next day's adventure.
